While the inserts seem to be possibly helping my hubby, they're causing more pain for me. I emailed requesting the steps for returning my inserts. It was very easy to return the inserts and my money was returned quickly.
Customer service made it very easy to return my insoles and have them credited back to my account. My husband seems to be doing well with his. I subsequently found out I have a torn gluteus maximus muscle, which is why I have excruciating pain when I walked with the inserts. Surgery is going to require no weight bearing on that side for 4-6 months. Oh well. 😔
