*BEWARE!!!: YOU CAN'T CHANGE YOUR TICKETS!!** So I booked two advance first class tickets from Kings Cross to York, not realizing by are non-changeable or non-refundable. I was mistaken on the travel date (completely my fault 🤦♀️) and emailed them to change the date (booked Sept 7 instead of Sept 8). They said they can't because the carrier already assigned the tickets. So I called London North Eastern Railway (on my tickets) who said they had never heart of Rail Ninja and couldn't help me because they are not affiliated with any rail lines. So I'm stuck in the middle with $200 worth of tickets I can't use. Anyone want to buy?
