Unscrupulous, inefficient, scam. No! Maybe just a little deceiving.
Unscrupulous they may be. Highly inefficient too, perhaps. Some may even consider them scam merchants. But I have to say my experience has been exempliary. I ordered a single shirt to test the water, before I'd even read any of the reviews on here, but having been horrified by the depth of feeling expounded on here, and a warned by someone who has dealt with similar sites in the past, I checked the small print, and sure enough, that single shirt was going to give me much grief. I immediately opened up the account, (set up automatically by Rosegal in the background), and dropped them a message cancelling the order. I also sent them a message via FB messenger as per their customer services page, asking them to do so. I expected the worse. Perhaps no response at all, or a patronising reply telling me that I'd ordered it, so tough; but no! Within twenty four hours, (which is in line with their own expectations), I had a mail back cancelling the order and giving me a full refund, (which has been echoed by PayPal). I even receive an 8% discount on my next order, which I could have used to reorder the very same shirt if I had wanted to. Job done! I may not have the shirt, and it may have been for all the wrong reasons, but their treatment of me was perfect. No hassle, no grief, no histrionics. I shan't order from them again of course, but that's not because they treated me bad, but because the maths just doesn't add up when you look into it properly, and I would advise anyone who deals with Rosegal, or sites with a similar ethos, to check out the delivery conditions before doing anything, because despite what Rosegal say about free delivery, you *will* pay something, because the delivery service will pay the import duty for you and bill you after the event. It's also worthwhile checking out what UPS has to say about import duties and taxes, so that you are forwarned.
