I was ripped off by £17.58
I purchased the MiniBook X 10.8" on Chuwi.com with order #20347. My order was cancelled because the laptop was in Japanese keyboard. I paid £289.61 but they only refunded £272.03 ripping me off by £17.58. I contacted the store to paid the balance back but they talk about interest rate which the pound has gained more the the dollar. Chuwi is a good company but those working are thieves. I won't advise people to use their online store. It'll be better buying their product using online market such as Amazon.
