Ordered 2 dream tents to DK
Ordered 2 dream tents to DK. The delivery time was fine, but one of the tents was wrong. Contacted support and they refered to return policy of buyer having to pay for return shipment. And they have only offered a 15 dollars refund eventhough l had to pay danish tax and handling fee on top ofshop the price to get it into DK. The tax is apparently my problem. Again...they made a wrong delivery! Poor service. Will shop somewhere else in the future.
