**1-Star Review** **Terrible Communication System and Wasted Time** I went through their initial intake process and was told I needed a second appointment for telehealth approval. Sounded straightforward at first, but it quickly turned into a nightmare. I ended up scheduling **five different appointments**, spent hours waiting in Zoom lobbies, and **never actually got a single telehealth visit**. Communication was strictly text-only, even when things were clearly going wrong. No phone support, no real assistance — just silence and more rescheduling. The entire process was an enormous waste of time and energy. If you already have anxiety, this system will make it significantly worse. I’ve requested a refund and am really hoping they can at least handle that competently. **Avoid this service.** Extremely poor execution and customer support. Not worth the frustration.
