Avoid, they will promise anything to get your money and let you down after you sign!
Worst agent I have dealt with. Unprofessional and do not reflect the truth! I would choose a more reputable agent. Both checking in and out and managing the contract was terrible, all repairs promised to take place from the earthquake were never fixed. All they are interested in is grabbing your money, over promising and under delivering.
