I had the worst experience with FNP today. I had placed an order for a midnight delivery, and it was neither delivered on time nor was I informed in advance that it wouldn't be. I was left waiting with zero communication, and when I followed up, I was given one excuse after another. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid FNP. Their service quality has deteriorated significantly, and you will end up wasting your time and energy chasing them. Please explore other gifting platforms — don't make the same mistake I did.
