A couple of days after placing my order, I had to e-mail TackleDirect to see why my reel had not yet shipped. I believe that it had been overlooked and was told that i should have it in a couple of days. However, I did not receive it until 4 days later as it arrived via standard shipping. As far as the quality of the reel I would give it 5 stars.
