I bought the bundle with Qidi Q2 and Box. After 2 months when i switched to 0.8 nozzle i saw that in fact the printer came with a problem, Z motor is broken from factory and the Box is doing strange sounds when unspooling. I did asked for help, after 6 hours of work on Qidi Q2 printer and Box and 5+ emails they just reseted the emails and kept asking me to do same things over again. I asked 2 times to send it for repair they keep sending 1 plain email with a line of text to do something. They don't care
