Don't trust them…
I don't trust EaseUS and have stopped using their products I find the backup software confusing. Every time I ask for support they are very helpful and come into my PC to solve what I ask but they don't help me figure out how to do it myself and they want me to buy more products. There is something about EaseUS that seems sleazy. I am glad to be free of them. Good support but hard sell afterwards for extras is annoying. As for whether the backup actually works, luckily I don't know yet.
