Bag does not fit in dust bag
I purchased a bag in the sale. Bag arrived in perfect condition, together with a dust bag that is far too small to fit the bag, with the strap attached in it. I received a courtesy email from the above company asking if I had any issues. I replied stating the above issue on 23rd January. I have had no contact from the company since. Is customer service non existent? Not the service you would expect from a company supposedly of this calibre. Both myself and my daughters have several of their bags & have had no issues in the past. However, going forward we will not be using this company again & definitely would not recommend anyone else to do so.
