not what was advertised
At the time of booking, I was led to believe that High Flyer had a lift and provided complimentary breakfast, as it was mentioned in your "blurb". On arrival, NO lift, NO breakfast, and I had paid up-front, with no cancellation. The staff were as helpful as they could be under the circumstances, ie. I had a very painful knee, as well as my asthma, and other aches and pains of long-standing. I would be interested to know how i can write a complaint to your head office about misrepresentation when booked 8/8/26
