Sneaky automatic renewals!
Be very careful as hidden in the account details is an automatic license renewal. I had this happen and as soon as I saw the email telling me I had paid again for another year I contacted them for a cancellation and refund. This refund has been denied with no excuse given. Very poor and very sneaky behaviour!
