Beware - returns not covered, despite not mentioned on website!
I insured an Evri package worth £380, as a return of ski boots to the shop where I purchased them. Evri lost the package and I lodged a claim with Secursus. I've just heard back that despite Evri accepting the loss and minimum £20 insurance with them, Secursus have rejected my claim for the additional £360 as it was a return to a shop - despite there being no mention of not covering returns on their website FAQ or list of exclusions. Instead, they have relied a misleading clause buried in their T&Cs. Quite disgraceful. I am very interested in their response to this feedback.
