The claim statements are confusing to me. I recently submitted 3 separate claims. The first 2 for illness had the deductible amounts listed with a total of $237.20. The third claim shows there is still a $237.20 balance for the deductible to be met. After the third claim, with no reimbursement for the $62.80 deductible listed, we should now have met the $300 deductible for any future claims.
