Do NOT buy from this Company!
I bought a pair of sandals that were advertised as wide fit size 9 (I have one very swollen ankle), supposed to be adjustable (Velcro), but I couldn’t even fit the front of my non-swollen foot in as it wasn’t wide at all! I have spent a week and 4 emails trying to return them; first they said no, then I was offered a 20% cost refund and to give shoes to charity, next I was offered 40% refund and again gift them to charity, they now state that that is the only offer as “we too have suffered “ - what a joke! The emails are supposedly written by a Katie and a Jill in their customer service department but I highly doubt that! I am not willing to write this money off and will continue to fight! Do NOT buy from this company!!
