Trains cancelled, poor communication
Update Aug 21: Rail Ninja has now refunded the tickets. Adding one extra star for the refund. Original review: We purchased tickets from Edinburgh to London for Aug 4th 2025. The tickets were purchased about 6 weeks in advance. On Aug 4th, all trains were cancelled. However, Railninja did not send any notifications. When I contacted them for a refund due to cancellation of all trains, I just got an email acknowledgement but not other communication yet.
