Promised me after weeks of being ignored that they would send me a missing cable on 08/05/26 as of today 11/07/26 I'm still waiting. Just look on Instagram or reddit and you'll see the problems people are having and the terrible customer service. Even just look at the bad reviews on here. They sell you products then ignore you when you need help. Honestly just pay a little bit more and have peace of mind that you're getting a decent product and customer service. I think I'll give up and go with Anker or Bluetti
