Xiaomi - good device, but big issue for Children and no support
I bought a Xiaomi Redmi NOte 12. Excellent device ... till you get a surprise. I needed to have installed a Parental Control software. Xiaomi do have a feater called "extreme battery saver" which can save battery but will kill all application. This is not the "normal" battery saver, that can be disabled - if launched, it just kills ANY application but phone, including the Parental Control. De facto, this makes all parental control useless. The issue is that there is no workaround and, due to this you cannot control the phone. Worst, there is no way to have a contact or a support from Xiami to ask for any patch or chahge. If I had known, I would have chosen the device differently.
