Ordered a small lawn mower from them…
Ordered a small lawn mower from them for £199.99. After a week iToolMAX advised it was on the way from Germany to the UK. DHL delivered it to International Hub where it was passed to the Royal Mail/Parcel Force. A week later I checked the tracking which said it had been delivered at 4AM in the morning ?? I rang Parcel Force who advised that something "fishy" was going on and that they had NOT updated the delivery status to Delivered and also that the item was refused access to the country because of incorrect paperwork and was returned to the sender. I e mailed iToolMAX each day for a week with no reply. It seems both the Royal Mail and my bank consider that this firm are scammers. Update 6/6/26 Have since heard from iToolMAX who say they want to deal with this promptly and have admitted their was a problem with the paper work (denying it entry into the UK) and all this after they said they got a signature for delivery (no courier in the UK delivers at 4 o clockin the morning). Obviously still waiting for prompt attention, but not holding my breathe .However, now they have admitted what happened, its more evidence for the bank and the Royal Mail Update 9/6/26 Still heard absolutely nothing from iToolMAX since the last e mail about order CA225501745DE, just keep getting e mails to ask me if I want to order something else. Have now given up on them doing anything and have left it to my bank, who have texted me today and are investigating.
