EOS New Adult Brown

Lenses: 5/5 Very comfortable lenses with great color quality for darker eyes. So far I have worn these for 8hrs without any noticeable discomfort, except for minor eye-dryness. The lenses are definitely more yellow/golden tone than a regular brown, which was the exact color I needed for a cosplay and so it worked out perfectly. Delivery: 4/5 I paid extra for the DHL Express shipping which was quite costly, but I did received my order within a week despite a small delay so I guess it was worth it. Service/Communication: 4/5 There was a minor delay in processing my order because I didn’t provide a valid email address for my Optometry clinic and got a notification from the customer service team that I needed to provide a valid email address within 2 days or else my order will be cancelled. Ok understandable but my optometrist office does not use emails and handle their communications through phone only. I explained this in my email reply and also told them if the phone# provided is not sufficient for verification, then to please cancel/refund the order. At this point I was pretty sure they were gonna cancel my order but to my surprise, I got an email the next day saying they’ll continue processing the order and didn’t ask anything else...lol? Although I’m glad I didn’t have to spend time and stress over purchasing lenses from another website, this kind of confused me as to what was the point of the stringency over requiring a valid email address in the first place. I wasn’t asked to provide any other information so I really don’t know how they confirmed my prescription unless they were willing to make an INT’L phone call to my optometrist here in the U.S. (doubt they did). OVERALL, I think the team did a good job with communicating via email and resolving within 3 business days which is pretty good considering the time difference. My only recommendation to pinkyparadise is to provide an option to select “no email available” or clearly state that they will be contacting the email provided for the optometrist to confirm eye prescription.
