Run from this company
I ordered a dress in April and expected it by early May, but it hasn't even shipped yet. I checked timing, 9-11 days to make a dress, I understand that and calculated into my waiting time. The company claims to be in the UK and ship from there, but customer service said Singapore. Customer service is nonexistent – no email replies, and live chat is only for pre-sales, with long waits for a response. If I could, I'd give zero stars; I don't recommend them. The order now cancelled, no words. Be aware there are 2 profiles for this company on Trustpilot...
