In order to ensure your items are delivered in an appropriate amount of time I suggest that you select only items that are available for expedited shipping. Also it is worth it to pay the extra for shipping. Any time I have requested a refund from the company for products not received I was refunded immediately. Response to any concerns is received in a timely manner. Products are fairly good in quality. Sizing between different products can be a bit tricky. I would suggest ordering a size or two larger than normal.
