LingoAce

Why I'm Done With LingoAce

I’ve worked for LingoAce three different times, and nothing has changed. They keep inviting teachers back like they’re some “great company,” but the reality is a mess. Their promises about incentives, advancement, and tiers are fake. None of it exists. Pay is slow, communication is awful, and if you need help, you’re ignored. Appeals are pointless. The responses are generic, copy‑and‑paste garbage that look computer‑generated. Nobody is actually reading them. The penalties are ridiculous — completely over the top and feel like a way for the company to take money from teachers. It’s unfair, unnecessary, and honestly shady. One tiny mistake and they start reviewing you nonstop until you quit. The turnover is constant because they don’t treat teachers like professionals. After three rounds, I’m done. I will never work for LingoAce again, and I strongly warn others not to. LingoAce Thank you for your response. However, you did not address the main issue: the 200% fine. I need a clear explanation of how a penalty that extreme is justified under your policies. My experience was negative due to unreasonable fines and inconsistent policies. I stand by my review. I will not provide additional personal information. My review stands as written. My experience was disappointing due to scheduling and communication issues. I’ve already received confirmation of changes, but they weren’t implemented. In my experience, some of the practices felt questionable — including fines that reached 200% for missed classes. This is why I consider the system to be unfair to teachers. My experience was disappointing due to scheduling and communication issues. I’ve already received confirmation of changes, but they weren’t implemented. In my experience, some of the practices felt questionable — including fines that reached 200% for missed classes. This is why I consider the system to be unfair to teachers and a bit SHADY. This concludes my clarification.”
