Alex was wonderful to work with!
Alex was wonderful to work with. He took his time to help work through the delay in my order and even called me back to confirm that things were resolved. That is unheard of these days, but greatly appreciated. I’ve been very pleased with Refills customer service, specifically Alex. Thanks!
