I ordered a dress which I’m yet to receive as they have told me the address was wrong on the package. Due to company incompetence they are now saying it’s up to me to contact the delivery company to locate the dress and they will offer a 40% refund. Shocking customer service they take no accountability for their incompetence. I’ve now escalated it to my credit card company as fraud. Do not buy from here it’s a scam
