Return process was good
It took a while to receive the product. I did not realize it came from an international location because when I ordered it had a USA address. I cannot evaluate how the product works because I never got to use it; I was recovering from back surgery. However, the return process was very good. They did offer alternatives to keep the product. They emailed me a return label; I did have to pay for return shipping within the USA and restocking fees.
