Terrible service. Awful, cheap dress. Nothing like the photos. Save your money!
Just awful. I ordered the moth dress in cotton/rayon and it is nothing at all like the pictures on the website. The dress on the site is a lovely dark blue/black colour with contrasting moth print. The dress I received was a dull, washed-out grey and the print was also very faded. The fabric is thin and feels synthetic to me. It’s also a weird shape. About 4 inches wider on the bust than the size chart. It’s totally unwearable. I have opened a PayPal dispute to try and get my money back. Customer service said they would give me a full refund as long as I closed the dispute first (you cannot reopen a closed dispute so that would have left me high and dry) If they were happy to refund me, why not just refund me? Why do I have to close the dispute first? The dispute would automatically close if they refunded me. Dodgy as. Then the customer service representative contacted me via PayPal and said I needed to pay for the return (to China) because the dress was not faulty. Hmm. Also! The photo and the videos of the dress on Facebook reels are definitely AI Generated. The backgrounds change behind the model! So basically this dress doesn’t exist in reality. Another scammy online shop from China selling fake tat. So disappointed. This dress was a present from my boyfriend. I’ll just have to hope that PayPal does the right thing My advice? Save your money. It’s a terrible company.
