Booked travel on your website for the third time & after being a valued customer, I received no discount, additional perks or on board credits. My previous representative (Sibusiso) either left the company and left mia with no follow up amd not even a transfer to another get iCruise agent. And then to make matters worst, i actually have a stored credit still pending in the system for me for my next upcoming Norwegian cruise. This service is unacceptable especially in the economy where the choices are plenteous for customers to book travel. I called yesterday and the agent I spoke to was robotic at best and couldn’t even help me resolved my issue. I hung up in frustration and of course they never even called me back. I’m this close to cancelling my travel and re-booking with a competitor travel centre! 😠😡 Erwin M Toronto Canada
