My order of a VISUO XS809W after one month didn't arrived yet
I payed for a VISUO XS809W Upgraded Version quadcopter more than a month ago (17/6/2017) and I haven't received anything yet. I am located in Athens, Greece and in the brand's site it is mentioned that the shipping takes 11-12 business days !! I have contacted Tomtop support through live chat and after exchanging a few phrases they told me they are busy and suggested me to contact their support through email. I sent an email with my issue 4 days ago but I got no answer from them yet. I believe it is better to contact paypal and raise an argument.
