Had a mishap but good customer service
I was very scared to order from this site as it had mixed reviews. I did order from the site and the dress took just about a mounts to come which was said when I ordered and expected. I payed £24 for delivery so that it would be delivered within 6 days to the uk. The dress came within this time. When I received the dress I was extremely exited as any girl would be. I was disappointed as I had ordered it in burgundy but the top of the dress was burgundy lace and the skirt was a red silky material (two very different shades) this was very noticeable and I just didn’t like it. The sizing is pretty good as I ordered the size bigger just incase and it was definitely too big and could have sized down. Although this mishap the dress was very well made and did have potential to be a very beautiful dress if it was all the one colour. To this I obviously wanted to return the dress which has to be done by requesting a return. I requested for a return which was answered by the company wanting pictures I then done this and they granted me the return which was great, got the parcel packaged up and sent away tracked and all just to be safe. I then received the returns payment very fast which did sadly exclude the postage but got the dress refund which is the main thing. This company had potential to make really nice dresses and I can see other dresses on the site being amazing. I would say are a good website to order dresses off of if looking for a dress as they are very easy to contact with quick responses, this may have been a one off mistake. I have related the rating to the mishap with the dress as the dress was nice just wrong colour and size but the customer service was fantastic and handled well.
