Caution, difficulties with returns
This company provides genuine Magicshine lights at a great price. However if you have any faults with your purchase, you will be unable to return the light unit, (if it has a battery) using Royal Mail. Initially customer service were very helpful. Now I'm being repeatedly told "we posted it to you, you post it back" I have tried three different post offices, all refused to accept the light.
