Ordered my hat for a trip to the South Carolina and Georgia in August. Casey made sure that it was delivered in time for my trip. When the hat arrived it fit perfectly and looked wonderful. In this day where most online retailers have moved toward automated responses to customers, it was refreshing to deal with an actual person who had the ability to solve any problems.
