I have a small problem with the website, and the way it is constructed. It often won't work and I have a hard time navigating through it. Another issue I had in the past was with one of their contact lenses, who had a tear in it. Now, arguably, that could have been caused by myself and my first time opening it. Other than that, Pinkyparadise has a great variety of coloured contacts, great customer service and delivers in time.
