Purchase and support were fine, but shipping with SEUR was terrible
The online ordering process and customer support at bambulabs was fine. However, the shipping company in Spain, DPD (SEUR), was awful. They lost the package and refused to deliver it to the address provided. This incident makes me hesitant to buy from this online store again until they change their shipping company, as it's the worst logistics company in Spain.
