DO NOT TRUST!
This is not a trustworthy store, do not buy their products even if their prices are cheap. They sell you 1 product, tell you they are out of that specific colour/size etc and ask if they can send you another color/size than the one ordered. They subsequently send you whatever it is they have in store. To be precise: I ordered a leather band for a watch, color black. They told me that the color black was no longer in store, could they send me a grey one? I replied "yes." Subsequently they send me a rubber band, in black (not a leather one in grey). When I protested that this was not what I ordered or said "yes" to, they offered to pay met a percentage of the price back to spare me the trouble of returning the product. Please note that for every part of this communication you have to revisit their page because the emails are one's you cannot reply to. The whole way of handling the complaints to me suggests that this was not an accident, but a policy (to get rid of their products by misinforming their potential customers about what is available?). They offer further communications now because of this publicly visible review, but customers should not have to go through all these steps for mistakes like this.
