The person in the office was very helpful providing information and advising us. The building is Very clean and actually quite beautiful for a storage facility. My 1 complaint which you can easily fix: for a large facility you only have ONE cart available for moving stuff out or into the unit. Another cart is somewhat broken. How can you ONLY HAVE 1 GOOD CART? Please buy 4 more so you have a total of 5. They are not expensive and we pay a monthly fee for service. Thanks for listening and I hope you act on my suggestion. A first Class Facility AND YOU ARE FIRST CLASS, must have more than 1 cart!
