I rented the storage July 1
I rented the storage July 1, 2026 to get the 50% off 2 months call explained to Maryann the driver for the moving truck get sick unable to move in she helped with that. Today Wednesday July 29, at 10:26am called to say can I use July 1 rent for August since I didn't move in yet, told no from the lady on phone. Being that it wasn't my first renting here this experience is not nice, the lady showed no sympathy or consideration for my situation and no kind of help.

Your staff are amazing……..I can’t appreciate them enough. Dedicated….pleasant and hard working! They keep the storage in prestine condition. Sabrina, I have to give special thanks! Times I’ve come the patrons leave garbage, she removes it with no complaints. Keep up the great work guys.
