When I originally got the storage unit online I paid for 24-hour access and there is no 24-hour access at that location. The bay door is now inoperable. I asked when it would be working again and they couldn't tell me and I have to get things out of my storage and and into my new apartment soon . Before the price increase happens

The manager, Angela, has been available and easy to access. She has been outreaching about ideas to facilitate our move-in. The entry point has been open and weather-protected. The unit is well-lighted and kept at a comfortable temperature. These are all levels of service that exceed our experience at a different location with a different vendor.

I have used Safeguard in Miami Florida and now in Downers Grove Illinois. Excellent service from the staff and easy mobility in the storage area. The cost is very reasonable for the storage space needed. I highly recommend using Safeguard for your storage needs.

very good co in spring hill, FL, my only issue was My card was did not realize I was on auto pay with that card. I received an email I missed. They do not call you. Other than that ,very clean and helpful.
