I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Ted and Joseph from Lugg for their exceptional assistance in relocating our ultraviolet machine to my office upstairs. Their prompt arrival and efficient handling of our UV machine were greatly appreciated. Furthermore, their friendly and professional demeanor made the experience even more enjoyable. The application for service requests and payments is also user-friendly and intuitive.
Super happy with my first LUGG experience
Super fast, great communication, super friendly delivery staff by Juan and Maylon. I asked them to do extra work and they didn’t hesitate. Gave a cash tip. Would definitely use LUGG again and I have already recommended them to friends.

Vehicle too small for move
The estimated size was incorrect, and even with listing every item we needed moved the size of the vehicle was not suitable doe the move.
Impatient movers
The mover was impatient and complained that I had too many items. His attitude made the experience uncomfortable and unprofessional. I expected more respectful and helpful service from an on-demand moving company.
