overall they were just rough with the moving of fridge. esp. up the stairs . my fridge has at least three new dents in it. on front and sides. I understand it was a hard job , I just wish they were a bit more gentle with it up the stairs etc.

Easy to work with people. I tipped them $30 cash each. But my fitted bed sheet didn’t make it somehow. It was very expensive.

My movers were awesome--so kind. They did however gouch the wall in a couple spaces as they moved the couch in--I recognize it was a very tight squeeze, but the damage was significant. That being said, I will definitely use the service again.

Delivery members were very pleasant and carefully loaded and strapped item in truck. They also helped to coordinate the additional member needed to unload item once they arrived to my home. They determined how to transport item in home before handling it and did a great job of placing where I needed. The dispatcher was also helpful in coordinating the additional Lugg member for unloading. I was very nervous about the process of coordinating 2 separate Lugg orders that would work together, but the delivery members helped to make sure they were all meeting up in a timely and efficient manner. Thanks!

My movers were Juan & Juan, and they did a very nice job. They were on time, and assembled my couch, and I couldn’t be happier.
I will be requesting Juan&Juan again, the next time I use LUGG.

My Lugger was proactive and extremely helpful in getting a Tread+ torn down enough to move it. Minus one star only because there was watching of YouTube videos involved in order to understand the steps. Time is money!
