Helpful movers, inaccurate billing
The movers were great. Fast, professional, and efficient. The problem stems from the GPS tracking system used for billing. When the movers were near my house, but had trouble navigating closed roads, the system started billing as if the movers where at my home unloading items. My bill was inaccurate and when I tried to contact customer service, their ai bot kept circling the conversation for DAYS without resolving anything or getting a real person to look at the problem! I’m still waiting for the bill to be corrected and a partial refund.

Easy to order and Luggers were on time…
Easy to order and Luggers were on time brought their own plastic wrap and blankets. Very efficient and economical. I would highly recommend.

Delivery team was great.
The delivery guys were prompt, friendly, quick and got the job done with ease. Only issue was they didn’t wrap the white couch in protective blankets and it got filthy during the move. I had to get it cleaned afterwards.

They toke there time on making sure…
They toke there time on making sure when delivering my chair not to damage it. They where both very nice and friendly that I do appreciate. Both your employees did a great job. Your company should be proud to have such incredible people who take there time on doing a great job.
