The two movers had a tough job--big heavy wooden bedroom furniture I inherited needed to go up three flights of stairs. They didn't complain, although I felt bad as I realized what a difficult task this was. They took care of the furniture and the walls, and they moved surprisingly swiftly.
There was also a substantial vintage sofa along with a matching loveseat. The guys didn't think it would fit through my doors unless the legs were removed, but of course the legs were not removable. It didn't seem right to pressure them into carrying more heavy awkward stuff, so I didn't get that furniture out of the lobby. Turns out the couch does fit through a 32 inch door--managed it myself on the ground level without sawing off the legs or even having much trouble. I think they were probably just tired, but I wish they'd said that!
I'm not complaining though, I appreciate their hard work and the price seemed kinda low honestly.

They came on time. Assessed the work to be done. Worked through logistics to get the couch down and out. Helped with placement of couch in destination and made sure I was satisfied. Great first time experience. Would recommend them and would use them again for another furniture move in the future.

The movers were fast, kind, and careful with my things. They communicated about everything and kept me updated when arriving at each destination. It was very straightforward and I didn't feel caught off guard by cost.

Kevroy and Darrell were extraordinary! Showed up in a timely manner and immediately got to work. They helped me transport 14 boxes of different sizes plus a few misc items and did it all with big smiles on their faces. I’m so appreciative of their time and effort!

I was in a bind trying to transport an item from Best Buy that wouldn't fit in my car. The Best Buy customer service rep said it would take hours for a delivery person to come and that it would cost $125. I was able to get a guy on Lugg within a half hour for a little less after tip, and he was friendly, reliable, and efficient. Really saved me that day.

I needed a 250 lb table top lifted off the floor and onto its pedestal which is 27 inches high. I couldn't do it so I looked on the internet and found Lugg. I went to their website and in less than hour two Luggers arrived at my house. They were extremely helpful and they placed the table onto its pedestal and bolted it down for me. All at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Lugg.

Fast, friendly, comunicative, ensuring all pieces picked up were accurate prior to leaving the pick up point.
They worked quickly and positioned furniture the way I had asked them to do so.
They removed all trash and asked where the recycling bin is on site.

Fitz and Giovanni were so professional and helpful. They did not complain once (although they were allowed - haha), and they really maintained the integrity of my grandparents antique furniture. I’m grateful I got these two out of all the movers I could’ve gotten - I just feel like I lucked out. Thanks guys for your efficiency, service, showing personality yet professionalism, and so on.

Rogerio and Thiago were the absolute best! They came prepared with multiple blankets, plastic wrap, dolly options, a very good idea on how to move/transport these two large couches I needed to move and 💪💪!!!
I would 10,000% book both Rogerio and Thiago again for their help, kindness, and genius (at time ingenuity) for maneuvering tricky spacing plus stairs. I wish I could've given them more stars as they both deserved it!!
