Polite and Patient Service

The gentleman that helped set up a second storage unit at the Hawthorne location was very helpful and patient when it came to me selecting the size unit I thought was needed. He even helped me save a bit of money by the way I registered it.

signing up was easy and straightforward. The place i'm at is very clean and well run. You don't feel apprehensive about leaving your precious belongings there. The staff is also friendly :D I don't think there is anything to critique, if i may be honest, which is why i came back to the same location.

This is my second time using this location. Everyone is knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The manager interacts with leadership and it's obvious his peers respect him. I would recommend this particular location to everyone. I do not remember the exact date I was there but it was within the past 2 weeks.
