Quick and fast delivery. Straightforward ordering process made this a very simple experience and I would highly recommend. There was also a great selection of options to choose from. They had everything I was looking for and then some.
Robert was very helpful and kind. His knowledge about the product helped us picked the perfect car seat for our son. Place was crowded but everyone was enjoying their shopping experience in the store. Thank you Robert and Bambi baby.
I appreciated help from customer service. I was sold a contoured pad for the changing table which was larger than the changing table. I was very disappointed that it didn’t fit! You are the experts in knowing what the dimensions are and what would fit! We bought another pad to fit and will just keep the one we got to use elsewhere in the house.

I bought the Cybex Cloud T car seat, and I’m still stuck in my apartment waiting for it to arrive. It was supposed to be delivered on Friday, but the FedEx driver is messing me around with my package; the tracking says it’s "out for delivery," so I stay home waiting for it, but they never actually show up to drop it off. It’s incredibly stressful. I tried to select the option to have it left at a FedEx office, but the system won't let me—that option just isn't available. I give FedEx 0 stars ✨; they aren't doing their job properly.☹️
Delivery was quick and easy. The delivery men were kind, assembled all the furniture quickly and to where it needed to go, and cleaned up all the boxes. I would definitely get delivery and assembly from Bambi Baby again!

The man at the store took 45 minutes to place our order because he stopped what he was doing to talk to every single one of his coworkers as they left for the day. They closed the store and shut off the lights around us and we stood in the dark for 15 minutes waiting on him to finish. Not only that, he ordered THE WRONG CHAIR. The chair I wanted was in stock. The chair he ordered was out of stock. A month later, I called to ask the status and finally got it sorted out. I paid $1000 for the chair and $350 for delivery yet they only offered delivery one day a week to my neighborhood and I could not choose the day. This means the schedule never lined up with mine unless I took off work. No one I spoke to was apologetic, and one woman was extremely rude to me, told me “no you don’t understand they will not be coming to you, they’ll be in your area one day a week and I’ll let you know when they make the delivery schedule on Monday... well that’s not my problem. If you want to rent a car and drive to New Jersey to carry it home and up the stairs yourself, you’re welcome to do so.” while I was 9 months pregnant. Finally when I went on maternity leave I was able to be home during the delivery window. At last, two months after I place an order for a chair that was in stock, I received my purchase. I gave birth days later. I will never ever ever be doing business with Bambi Baby again.
Unfortunately I had a really poor experience with someone via chat. I felt like they were dismissive and rude and didn’t even ultimately end up closing out our conversation. I still purchased my item through Bambi Baby as we had a pleasant experience in store and felt like the right thing to do was support the business that showed me the item but unfortunately won’t be purchasing anything further from this company, which is a shame as I’m only 30 weeks pregnant with our first and have many more baby gear purchases to go.
I needed to buy a stroller and car seat for my new granddaughter and the Bambii Baby staff took the time to guide me for the best fit. They even spent the time out in the parking lot after the fact to instruct me on how to install and work the seat. The stroller they mailed to my son free of charge. Highly recommend them !
Shopping at Bambi baby was very easy and I was very happy. They had what I needed ordering and shipping very smooth and got there quick highly recommend Bambi baby to shop for all your baby needs.
This was a gift to my daughter for her baby’s room. She was surprised and loved how it looks and feels.

Amanda was a WONDERFUL resource and helped up tremendously with choosing what was right for our family. The selection was amazing and had something for everyone. We traveled about 2 hours to come to Bambi baby and would recommend to anyone, definitely worth the trip!
I love this store so much. I had an idea of what stroller I wanted, went in to look at it in person and completely changed my mind. It was so much heavier than I thought and wouldn’t work for me. With no other ideas, I leaned on the staff who are like encyclopedias of knowledge. They’re great at matching gear to lifestyle and helping you feel comfortable with a big choice. They’re incredibly patient— we went in three different times and got the same amazing treatment each time. When it came to my registry I made sure that the items could only be purchased from here because I trust them and value being able to talk to someone directly. They also are going to install my car seat for me for free!! Couldn’t speak more highly of our entire experience. Incredible.

Not everyone in the store is an expert. Make sure you fact check the consultant! Beautiful clean store, prompt, dedicated service, friendly staff. Wide variety ready to test and feel Delivery service was very kind and worked with us to deal with a incorrect product delivery
