The customer service was amazing.

The staff were friendly, the customer service was great, I lost a beach bed chair, it was not found, but the staff were willing to give me some of their valued time in checking CCTV surveillance to help me locate the missing bed chair. Thanks for hiring people who represent the business in a professional way.

The staff was very friendly & helpful

The staff was very friendly & helpful. The reprepsentative made sure we understood access to the facility & our unit, explained the contract and payment process and made sure wehad contact info if any concerns arose. The location is very convenient for us.
