Not a great first experience...Be careful
I recently signed up to this website and wanted to cancel an order moments after it was ordered and I found that It was incredibly difficult to get through to them. I sent an email but 2 day later, I still had no reply and the status of the order still said "processing". Unlike Amazon, you can't just "cancel" the order so after multiple emails and no replies I had to wait in a very long webchat queue to speak to someone who was helpful. Also when I tried to email the "support" email address, it bounced back. I think they really need to buck up on the way that customers can communicate with them and the way they communicate with customers. I only gave an extra star as the person who I got through to was helpful. I am glad the problem I had was not anymore serious than it was but in any case I will cancel my account and never use them again. They may have one of the cheapest prices around but I would rather they bumped up their prices abit and used the extra money to employ more staff and have better service all around. Also beware or their constant emails saving you money. If somethings to good to be true...
