★☆☆☆☆ I signed up for what I believed was a trial and never intentionally continued using this service. Months later, I discovered that I had been charged for a subscription that I was no longer using. When I contacted customer support, I explained that I had received no meaningful value from the service and requested a refund in good faith. My request was denied solely because of their refund policy, despite the fact that my subscription had already been canceled and I confirmed that I wanted my account permanently deleted. As a small business owner, every dollar matters. I believe companies should be transparent about recurring subscriptions and should be willing to make reasonable exceptions for customers who clearly did not intend to continue paying for a service they barely used. While the support team was polite, I was disappointed that they chose to rely strictly on policy rather than customer fairness. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.
