The good part
The good part: Good range of products, quick delivery for items with available stock. Areas to improve: 1) the 2 products i initially selected were discontinued after payment was made, the order tracking show d discontinued and I wasn't informed what to do next. 2) customer service was good and live chat helped me understand the situation. I was advised to select other products and balanced payment would be topped up or refunded. 3) After i selected my other products, the website prompted me to make new payment instead of offsetting from my previous payment, and there was not link to the first order. There must be instructions and links to handle such discrepancies. 4) too many items do not have available stocks or discontinued. The website needs to be more updated to remive obsolete products.
